At 21, Amber Mariano is the youngest person ever elected to the Florida House of Representatives.
Amber gained experience on the issues of Education and Health Care during her time working for U.S. Senator Marco Rubio in Washington D.C. Amber observed first-hand what it takes to be a Florida Representative, by working for Florida Rep. Plasencia and Rep. Plakon in the Florida State Capitol, during the 2016 Legislative Session.
Amber's father serves as the County Commissioner in Pasco County. Her mother is a teacher assistant at an elementary school, her sister is enrolled as a student at Valencia College and in 2014, Amber went on to attend the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida. She is studying political science with a focus in American policy.
