I was instructed by a Fairfax County police officer at the McLean Police Station to contact a magistrate at the Fairfax County Judicial Center after the officer said there was "probable cause" that a certain person had stolen my eyeglasses at a swim club. The officer said he would provide the Magistrates' Office with a report including a swim club video that shows the person stealing my glasses and covering the glasses with his towel to avoid detection.
